Hyderabad : Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has decided to make K Navin Rao as the TRS candidate for the lone council seat to be elected through MLAs. The chief minister during the Lok Sabha elections promised to make Navin Rao and G Sukhender Reddy as member of Legislative Council. Since there is only one seat available, the chief minister has decided to make Kurmaiahgari Navin Rao as the candidate. One seat became vacant in the council after the resignation of Mynampally Hanumanth Rao. Hanumanth Rao contested Assembly election and became MLA from Malkajgiri Assembly constituency. The chief minister said that three seats would be getting vacant in the coming days and Sukhender Reddy would be accommodated during that time.
