Anjali to star in Shakeela's biopic

Shakeela’s biography ‘Shakeela- Atma Kadha’ was recently released and has created a sensation down the South. Several dark angles of her life in which even her own family members are villains have pierced the hearts of many. And now, a film maker is gearing up to make a film based on Shakeela’s Biopic.

Telugu born girl, Anjali was approached to play the role of Shakeela in the movie. The actress was reportedly tempted to play the role as Vidya Balan played similar role in The Dirty Picture and won several laurels. However, Anjali is yet to sign the dotted line.
