Drop dead gorgeous diva Raashi Khanna was recently asked about her strategy she uses while selecting projects. She promptly said that she doesn't have one. The only factor she considers when taking up the movie is the script.

Raashi cited "No matter what strategies you make, if you don't get the right script, everything is going to go down, Even if I wish to work with somebody, they should be willing to cast me first. So strategies really don't work. I just believe in working hard and take whatever comes my way. I try and give it my best".

The actress latest hit 'Jil' made the lovely lass a household name in Telugu speaking states. She started her career with Bollywood movie 'Madras Cafe', Starring John Abraham. She entered Tollywood industry via a cameo in 'Manam'. However, her big break came in 'Joru' and 'Jil'.

She states her mantra while shooting with big stars is to remain level-headed. She stated ""I don't really get star-struck. Maybe a little when I meet them for the first time, but not after we start working, because my acting is more important than anything else. I can't let my co-star affect my performance. My priority is to act and when they say action; I become the character I've been asked to play,"

Raashi's will start the shooting for 'Bengal Tiger'.
