We have seen couple of two-film-old heroines who rejected roles opposite small heroes citing that they are looking for something big. Recently a dusky actress who is doing back to back films with a mega hero commented that she is not interested in small budgeted flicks and small roles, and confirmed that remuneration matters a lot. For all such narrow minded thinkers, here come Anushka Shetty kicking steam from their ears.

"I'vent come to this stage because of a single movie or in a single day. Those small characters I played at early stages of my career helped me grow as an actress. I've never dreamt of fame, money and opportunities, but worked rigorously to improvise by acting prowess", said Anushka, feeling proud of what she achieved today. Here goes the slap. "Those small and meaty roles I've done during early days are a big asset for me. They taught me positives and negatives of myself, such that I'll not commit mistakes in big projects", she adds. This is something our so called young heroines need to learn.

Currently Anushka is enjoying the success of Ajith's Yennai Endral, though she was hurt with Rajni's Lingaa flopping big time. And she is eagerly waiting for the release of Rudramadevi and Bahubali in coming months.
