Prasad V Potluri was supposed to produce Mahesh Babu-Srikanth Addala's upcoming flick 'Brahmotsavam'. For some reason, The offer has landed on the lap of Dil Raju who now replaced PVP as producer.

Director Srikanth Addala confirms the new development. "'Brahmotsavam' is a family entertainer which suits Mahesh Babu's image. Rakul Preet Singh plays the female lead. Dil Raju will produce it. Prakash Raj and Rao Ramesh will appear in pivotal roles," he says.

Principle shooting of 'Brahmotsavam' begins on May 30th. It is slated to release for Sankranthi 2016.

Srikanth Addala took a new resolution of doing a family subject and an action flick in a span of 1 year from now onwards.
