Akshara Haasan who is debuting with Shamitabh confesses her mother was a huge help when it came to managing her dialogues. Apparently, it was mama Sarika who sat her down and tutored her in dialogue delivery and diction.

Akshara who spent most of her growing up years in Chennai, says her Hindi diction was the worst. “You don’t get to speak in Hindi or even hear Hindi there. So, she helped me a lot with my dialogues. I wouldn’t understand the sub-text of a lot of dialogues.

She would explain them to me so I could emote better and say the right things in the right tone,” says cat-eyed Akshara who is anxiously waiting for her first release.
