All of Tollywood is full of stories that it is Ram Charan who had Samantha replaced with Rakul Preet Singh in Srinu Vaitla’s film. Then there is a little section which says that Samantha opted out of the project as Ram Charan was not happy with her choice.

Whatever might be the truth, work apart, Ram Charan praised Samantha to the skies during a television show. The show was aired yesterday night and Ram Charan said that Samantha was doing extraordinary and genuine work through her Pratyusha Foundation.

He said that there was sincerity and honesty in her efforts and confessed that he was totally moved by the work that she was putting in for the Foundation.Charan then went on to narrate a little incident when Samantha had sent across a little boy with AIDS and how he spent a day with the boy and gifted him Nike shoes as per his wishes.It was heartening to see Charan explain how this little gesture made the boy happy and how satisfied he was.

Ram Charan was the special guest on Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu and he played to win Rs 3 lakh. And like all celebrity guests, he chose to donate all the money to a charity and Charan chose Samantha’s Foundation.In the past, when megastar Chiranjeevi appeared on the show, he had said that Ram Charan realized that very small things could make a very huge difference to someone’s life after watching the participants in MEK.

Now that Charan was on the show, he said that he was ever willing to fulfill the wishes of children with debilitating diseases through Make a Wish Foundation.
