Actress Mona Wasu had a pretty bad experience while she was returning to her house at Madh Island from Versova in Mumbai at around 11.45 PM. A man standing close to her touched her inappropriately and tried to walk away as if nothing has happened.

However, Mona Wasu didn't let him go. She followed him, beaten him and handed over to the DN Nagar police. She also filed a molestation case even though it took her 2 hours. Later, The cops dropped her safely at her home.

Mona Wasu says she is aware of the fact that travelling late at night isn't safe and hence she carries pepper spray & compass with her all the time. She, however, feels such incidents happen during the day time as well in the country.
 
With her brave act, Mona Wasu became an inspiration of all the women and she deserves all the  praises coming her way.
