Hyderabad police have arrested Producer Sushanth Reddy and another popular producer with regarding a drug case. According to the reports, a couple of Nigerians were also arrested today. A Telugu news channel came up with a story that actor Nandu was also involved in this Drug Scandal. Shocked by these allegations, Nandu appeared on another news channel to prove his innocence.

He clearly stated that "I just wanted to clarify on this issue. I knew Sushanth Reddy as both of us worked together for a Telugu film ’Superstar Kidnap’. The rumors that I'm absconding is false. The Hyderabad Police haven’t mentioned my name in the case and some news channel has added my name to this scandal just for the sake of TRP Ratings. The shoot of Superstar Kidnap has been completed and there is no relation with that director and producer now. We worked for a film and there is no relation."
