Kiran Kumar Reddy Continues as CM:Vayalar Ravi


New Delhi: Union Minister for Overseas Affairs and Congress Observer to the State G Vayalar Ravi on Tuesday denied media reports that indicated possible removal of N Kiran Kumar Reddy from the Chief Minister's post.

Talking to reporters here, Vayalar Ravi described the reports as mere speculation by the media and said that the Congress High Command never discussed the issue.He said that Kiran Kumar Reddy performance has been satisfactory and therefore, the question of replacing him from the post does not arise.

Regarding Telangana issue, Vayalar Ravi reiterated that Congress President Sonia Gandhi would take a final decision on the issue.However, he said several leaders from the Telangana region have been meeting Central leaders to share their opinion on the issue.
