It is not uncommon to copy in exams and even after many measures there will be instances of copying through slips and other means. There will be a fear among the students that they might get caught by the squad and invigilator , but in Bihar it seems like there is no fear of that sorts. The students who are writing exams are being helped by their parents and relatives risking their lives by clinging on to the windows of the building.
