5 acres land for Telangana Bhavan at Sabarimala

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to take up with his Kerala State counterpart to consider providing required land for constructing Telangana Bhavan for Ayyappa devotees either at Pamba River or on Sabarimala Hills instead of at the far away Neelakkal.

Disclosing this Minister for Endowments Indrakaran Reddy informed the State Assembly on Monday during question hour said that on the request of Telangana CM the Kerala State had agreed to provide 5 acres of land for constructing Telangana Bhavan for the benefit of Ayyappa devotes from the State. Since the land was stated to have been earmarked at Neeallakal which is about 15 kms from River Pmaba, the state government would request the Kerala State to make available the land near Pamba River or on the Sabarimala Hillock near the temple.
