With the permission of the CBI special court at Nampally in Hyderabad, the  CBI officials on Monday took into their custody Deccan Chronicle Chairman T.Venkattram Reddy and his younger brother and MD T.Vinayaka Ravi Reddy for interrogation.

After the court granted permission for taking them into custody, a CBI special team went to Chanchalguda jail around 1 PM and took the duo into their custody for interrogation.

The court granted CBI custody for both of them till Feb 27. The brothers were arrested by the CBI last Saturday for obtaining hundreds of crores of loans on reportedly forged documents from a public sector bank.
