MIM party headed by Owaisi wields considerable power in old city and recently it even unveiled its plans to expand its base in other states too. MIM surprised not only itself but also other political parties and political analysts by winning 2 seats in the recent assembly elections in Maharashtra.

However people feel that right from the beginning it always supported ruling parties in particular states and behaved as its chamcha rather than a party which fights against the atrocities against people and other opposition parties.

Whatever happened yesterday in Telangana assembly when TRS attacked TDP and Congress MLAs is highly deplorable. However much to the shock of all MIM and its leader Akbaruddin Owaisi sided with the ruling TRS. When TDP demanded action against MLAs who behaved in wrong manner in the assembly, Akbaruddin said it means speaker should act against TDP members.

TDP floor leader Errabelli Dayakara Rao said " MIM leader Owasi is supporting TRS and CM KCR since he entered into understanding with the party. Everyone can see milakhat between KCR and Owaisi" Even other opposition parties are furious about Akbaruddin's comments.
