Today, Telangana State Cheif Minister KCR announced the salary increment to different local representatives, corporate & municipal public representatives in assembly. But the Sarpanches who are not satisfied with increment havs started protesting against Government at D-Block in Secretariat.

Total 8685 Sanpanchs are present in state and they demanded to raise their salary to 20000 per month. Currently the Government increased their salaries to 5000rs. The sarpanchs made protest in meeting organised by Panchayat Raj Minister KTR at Conference hall in D Block. Actually Chief Minister KCR also need to present in the meeting but due to protest only KTR attended it and assured to look of the issue.
