Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal Press meet details
Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal conducted press meet related to the Telangana issue. Speaking to the Media, he demanded TRS Chief KCR to contest from either Secunderabad or Hyderabad and prove his strength. After winning the MP seat from Hyderabad or Secunderabad, the result would be taken as referendum for Telangana , he said.
Instead of choosing other alternatives for referendum, lagadapati demanded KCR to contest and win the MP seat from Hyd or sec-bad.
He also found fault with TDP Chief Chandrababu for supporting the Telangana issue. He said that the TDP comprising of about 90 MLA's, if send a wrong signal to Congress High command related to Telangana, NTR spirit would be troubled.
Speaking on his political future, he said that he would stay with Congress till the end. Even in case of declaration of seperate Telangana state, he would stay with congress he said
