Malayalam superstar Mohanlal's latest Malayalam film 'Puli Murugan' is being dubbed into Telugu language as 'Manyam Puli' for two reasons.

First, the actor has recently become a household name in the Telugu states by playing a key role in the blockbuster 'Janatha Garage'. Second, 'Puli Murugan' has become the latest industry hit in the mallu industry and also became the first Rs 100 Cr grosser of Mollywood.

Although the film's Telugu dubbing work was completed several days ago, the makers have been treading cautiously and avoiding clash with direct Telugu releases. The first postponement was seen on 21st October, when 5 films including Kalyanram's 'Ism' was released on that date.

As per latest reports, the film's Telugu producer has confirmed that 'Manyam Puli' will be released on 25th November as the 11th and 18th weekends of this month are already overcrowded. The film's trailer boasts high octane action sequences canned in the heart of dense forests in Vietnam, which may prove to be a crowd pulling factor.

So far, 'Manaym Puli' is the only film to have confirmed 25th November release but the date might also be targeted by Siva Karthikeyan's dubbed film 'Remo', which has the backing of Dil Raju. Not to forget that 'Dhruva' will be arriving on 2nd December.
