Cine character artist and TDP's leader, Kavitha, met with a road accident on Saturday afternoon on 20th June and sustained with minor injuries. According to the reports, Kavitha was on her way from Nandigama to Vijayawada when her car hit a container truck that parked at roadside. She was rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment and was later moved on to a private hospital in Vijayawada for further treatment. Having made her debut as a heroine in 70s Kavitha played the roles of a heroine and character artist in many movies in yesteryears.
