Varun Dhawan’s latest movie Badlapur has released in around 1500 screens. Complete movie revolves around the revenge story of a role played by Varun. He takes revenge for his wife’s death. Varun and Nawazuddin Siddiqui played two key roles in this movie. Theatre occupancy is less in the morning shows on its first day. However it got improved in the afternoon shows with the positive talk and good reviews.

This crime drama has taken a good start in India and in overseas market too. In the gulf region it got good response on its opening day. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted through his twitter account about this film as “#Badlapur – UAE & GCC [revised total]: Thu AED 500,000 [₹ 84.74 lacs]. Very good!”

Varun Dhawan starrer Badlapur has managed to good mouth talk and reviews for Varun’s raw performance in Badlapur. It favours the improvement in the box office collections of the film. Being a small budget movie it would be able to collect its investments easily. The first day box office collections are around Rs. 6.5 crores. There are good expectations on its second day box office collections also. We have to wait and see how this movie performs at the box office in its first weekend.
