Nandamuri Balakrishna's upcoming movie Lion seems to be facing troubles even before its release. Trade circles are saying that though the release date of May 1st is drawing close the movie is not sold yet in all the circles.
Satyadev planned to have the movie finished in the range of 22-25 crores but for some reasons budget escalated to over 35 crores and so makers upped the price of rights. Now that seems to be applying brakes on buyers as they are unable to gaze the Lion's capacity.
More over with movies like Temper and S/O Satyamurthy too winding up at 40 crores mark after getting appreciation from multiplex audiences distributors are turning apprehensive about Balayya's movie as the hero has more fans at B and C centers than the A centers. Now if the movie rights are not sold there are chances of release getting postponed to May 9th too!
