A case is lodged on Megastar Amitabh Bachhan and his son Abhishek Bachchan for insulting Indian nation by wearing the tricolour in the way the like. As they were seen covering their bodies with the national flag in a manner insulting to the nation, one Chetan Dhimant from Ghaziabad has lodged the complaint.

As per Chetan, Amitabh and his son are seen with national flag during the India-Pakistan World Cup cricket match in Adelaide on February 15, where Big B debuted as honorary commentator. The complainant claimed that Big B and his son downgraded India’s reputation. As per The Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971, and the Flag Code of India, 2002, Big B is likely to attend before court and face trial also.
