To those of you who are not aware, Chitrapuri Colony is located in Manikonda and it is very close to Lanco Hills. This is meant to be a colony or a housing society which is only for the film fraternity members. The lands were given away at throw away prices and even few houses were constructed with funds.

But now, it is heard that the approach of few Tollywood members has changed. Apparently, many thought they will take possession of the flats and enter by 2012 but till now they are not completed. Now they are hoping that once it gets completed, they want to sell and make some money.

This thought is especially among those who are not having many opportunities in the industry. They want to use that money and start some other business. Already, some have sold their flats and left Chitrapuri Colony. Let us hope that the hopes of the remaining Tollywood members get fulfilled soon.
