Any small misunderstanding by media folks is presented as gossip and recently hero Surya's family faced similar gossip. They haven't given any explanation or any reason for the brothers Surya and Karthi living separately, and their parents living at another place. Anyway, that's their personal affair, but still Jyothika explains it all.

"We, Surya-Karthi-their father Sivakumar, used to live together in an independent house T-Nagar, Chennai. But after my second pregnancy, I've developed knee and back pain, and couldn't climb stairs. For that reason, we shifted to a flat in Adyar as that has no stairs and also nearer to school of our kids. Karthi's wife is presently in Erode and Appa (her father-in-law Sivakumar) and Amma living at another place. As the work of newly constructing palatial residence is getting over, we'll all stay together again", says Jyothika, without giving chance for any loopholes to peep into.

Meanwhile Jyothika is busy promoting her re-entry film "36 Vayadhinile", saying that its a sort of woman empowerment on silver screen as audiences slowly started watching heroine-centric films these days.
