Finally after waiting for nearly 3 long years, Bollywood's reigning diva Kareena Kapoor is able to find a buyer for her luxurious flat situated in a posh residential area like Khar, Mumbai. And the sum an unknown bidder agreed to pay for her six-bed room flat is mind boggling.

Long back, Kareena and her mother Babitha Kapoor bought two triple bedroom flats side by side and joined them together. The flat has more than 2000 Sq Ft carpet area and with six bedrooms it is going to be the luxurious ever. However when Kareena thought of selling out the property there were no bidders because the price is little on the higher side. Though one could buy a much more better property in Khar area, the Kareena celebrity factor worked out its card to fetch a huge price of Rs 15 crores.

Kareena has sold out the property with all those interiors and a little of furnishings too. As she moved into Saif's posh residence, seems like the hottie is liquidating her assets. On the films front, Bebo will be soon seen opposite Salman in Bajrangi Bhaijan.
