Mahesh Has No Option Than To Lock Horns

5th May, 2015 3:20pm     Tollywood      Comments
Couple of summer releases are pushed into jinx due to various factors. Among them, biggies like Rudramadevi and Srimanthudu are postponing their dates often but nothing solid about the possible release is not coming out. Though Mahesh pushed his release to the farthest date available, he is now being chased by a gigantic flick.

Earlier Mahesh Babu announced that his "Srimanthudu" being carved by Koratala Siva will be hitting cinemas in May 2015. However, Bahubali has announced May 15th as the arrival date and that pushed back Mahesh. His unit then banked on July 17th to bring the family entertainer on the platter for fans as they are looking forward to get healed of the wounds caused by Aagadu earlier. Unfortunately, delayed post-production works of Bahubali along with the lookout for a possible single-date for simultaneous Telugu, Tamil and Hindi releases pushed the multi-crore magnum opus to July. We hear that July 3rd and 10th are the options in front of Bahubali. What would Mahesh do now? Is he postponing Srimanthudu again?

Since the start of this movie, Mahesh is keeping tab on budget and has cut down his remuneration too. Now if the movie release gets delayed this way, then the interest on the loans taken for production will shot up indefinitely. To control all those staggering budgets, Mahesh has decided to bring "Srimanthudu" on July 17th at any cost. Also he knows that delaying the project further will slim chances of amassing huge collections, as people lose interest in the flick due to these postponements.
