Hero Suriya's 'Rakshasudu' is carrying huge positive buzz at the moment. The movie has done good pre release business as per trade. According to reports, the movie was sold out to Rs.3 crores in Nizam, Rs.2.07 crores in Ceded and Rs.4 crores in Andhra. A total of Rs. 9.10 crores is said to be the pre release business done for the movie.

The movie needs to earn around Rs.10 crores to get the profits in AP and Telangana. Suriya is reported to have shown a stunning performance in the role of a ghost for 20 minutes. This horror comedy flick was directed by Venkat Prabhu.

Nayantara and Pranitha have shared the screen space with Yuvan Shankar Raja. Gnanavel Raja has produced the movie on Studio Green banner. The movie is hitting the screens on 29th of May.
