Released in 2007, Shekhar Kammula's Happy Days successfully revived the campus romances and friendly emotions. Inspired by the film, a spate of campus films following Happy Days template hit the screens and bit the dust immediately. After so long, Shekhar Kammula's once trusted associate, Sai Kiran Adivi, had made yet another cool campus flick titled Kerintha.
Today, Kerintha's audio was released in a grand style and looks like the film's composer Mickey J Meyer revisited his Happy Days compositions once again. Even the film's trailer looked breezy and peppy and full of friendly vibe, much alike Happy Days. Friendship and love tangles between a group of college students seem to be the basic feel of the film.
Kerintha is a crucial film for Sai Kiran, who is making his comeback after almost five years after the debacle of his home production, Village lo Vinayakudu. The film features Sumanth Ashwin, Sri Divya, Tejaswi and an array of newcomers all looking refreshing and energetic. Dil Raju, who earlier released Happy Days, is producing Kerintha.
