Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh shows he is a man of good heart by coming forward to do his bit for Akshaya Patra mid-day meal programme. The NGO has been taking care of mid-day meal's for kids in over 10,000 schools across the country.

Touched by the impressive work being done, Ranveer Singh has come forward to associate with Akshaya Patra. The actor will be sponsoring mid-day meals for 10,000 children for a complete year.

Not just that, Ranveer even shot a video 'India Ke Hunger Ki Bajao' appealing people to voluntarily donate Rs 750 which is an amount equal to a kid's one year's meal. He educates the citizens saying nothing much can be bought with Rs 750 but the same amount could make a difference if used for a good cause.
