So far, Suresh Productions produced more than 150 films in 13 Indian languages, an unbeatable record for any production house in India.

As much as for its classic wholesome family entertainers, Suresh Productions is equally popular for its remake films of other languages. Fresh buzz in the T-town reveals that Suresh Babu has purchased the remake right of Malayalam superhit film, Bhaskar The
Rascal. The film has famous Malayali star Mammootty and the gorgeous queen Nayanthara and earned a monstrous 17 crore share against its budget of just 6.5 crores.

If we notice, Suresh Productions' last few films have been official remakes of hit films from Hindi and Malayalam. In January, Venkatesh and Pawan Kalyan's Gopala Gopala was released and it was a remake of Oh My God, the hit Bollywood flick. Prior to that, Venky starrer Drushyam, a remake of Malayalam blockbuster Drishyam, ended up as a profitable venture.

Looks like the shrewd producer is now relying more on the successful remakes to play it safe and risk with original scripts.
