Veteran filmmaker SA Chandrasekhar has bid adieu to direction bring to the end four decades of his glorious career. He is none other than the father of Tamil top star Vijay.

'Touring Talkies' which is releasing on this Friday is the last film of SA Chandrasekhar. The director even played the role of a 75-Year-Old Man in this movie which has got two stories interwined together.

SA Chandrasekhar directed 69 feature films till date. He was instrumental in putting  Vijay's career on right track during his early days in the Tamil Film Industry.  

What else could SA Chandrasekhar ask for after seeing his son as the Top Hero among the heroes of his generation? He is much ahead of Suriya and Vikram in terms of popularity and box office records.
