Amala Paul, the dusky Malayalam actress who made big in Tamil films and married Tamil director AL Vijay, is still continuing her acting in films post marriage. Though the actress declared that she would quit acting after tying the knot, it is surprising to see her sizzle on silver screen.

Amala’s husband AL Vijaya however maintained that his wife will quit acting but all these projects she is finishing up are the ones she signed before her marriage. “Amala is keen to finish the movie she signed before marriage. She is acting those movies only she signed earlier. Haiku is the only movie she signed later due to director Pandiraj and actor Surya being our good friends”, said Vijay.

Ram Charan’s Naayak and Bunny’s Iddarammayilatho are two of her notable films in Telugu.
