Court summons Star Hero for Derogatory remarks

Court Summons Dhanush,Vetrimaran For Having Derogatory Remarks In Kaaka Muttai

A Metropolitan Magistrate Court issued summons to makers of National Award Winning film 'Kaaka Muttai' directing them to appear before it on August 6th over derogatory remarks. The list include Tamil star Dhanush and Vetrimaran who produced the movie and Film's Director M Manikandan.

All India Bar of Advocates Welfare Association filed a petition alleging that the Grandmother of the Protagonist in 'Kaaka Muttai' makes derogatory remarks against an Advocate in the movie.

S Nami Narayanan, who is the counsel for the petitioner, says Makers of 'Kaaka Muttai' has insulted advocate profession which is a noble one and such scenes only spread hatred between litigants  & advocated. The petitioner demands investigation into the issue and justice as per the law.
