Nithiin's recent offing Chinnadana Neekosam might turn out as a mere disappointment. Yet unfazed by its result, the Ishq star decided to move on to his next. Nithiin is on the verge of signing a film to be directed by A.S. Ravi Kumar Chowdary who delivered a hit with Sai Dharam Tej's Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham. Recently, Chowdary has narrated a script to Nithiin which is a romantic comedy. Impressed with it, Nithiin said to have given his nod for the film.

However, the script is yet to be finally shaped and director Chowdary is working on giving final touches to it. Meanwhile, Nithiin wants to take some break and wants to look after their ongoing production which marks the debut of Akhil Akkineni. Source close to Nithiin said, "Before joining the shooting of his next film, Nithiin will handle the production of Akhil's movie. Since he is making his debut as producer, Nithiin is keen on helming production works as well and helping his father Sudhakar Reddy."
