According to unit sources, Allu Arjun's most anticipated film S/o Satyamurthy is deferred. The film, which was supposed to release on April 2, is likely to be postponed by a week. Makers of S/o Satyamurthy are now eyeing at April 9 Release Although the dubbing, post-production works of the film are happening at blitzkrieg speed, we hear that the distributors of upcoming Telugu film Jil are mounting pressure on SOS makers to push the film's release by week in order to recover their investments. However, the delay of SOS is yet to be made public.

Since the movie marks the combo of Trivikram Srinivas and Allu Arjun soon after delivering their respective blockbusters Attarintiki Daredi, Race Gurram and this movie is the second film of duo after Julayi, expectations on the movie are way too high.

The high-budget film features ensemble cast including Samantha, Nithya Menen, Adah Sharma, Sneha, Prakash Raj, Rajendra Prasad. Devi Sri Prasad has rendered the tunes whereas Prasad Murella cranked the camera.
