Some time back, there were reports that the multi-starrer to be directed by Vamsi Paidipalli was stalled.

Initially, it was said that the film will see Nagarjuna and NTR Jr coming together for the first time. Though Nagarjuna was keen on doing the project, NTR was not very pleased and opted out. So, Vamsi decided to go for Tamil hero Karthi who has decent following in Telugu.

However, it was said that this idea was stalled too. But Shruti Haasan who was approached to play the heroine in the film has now confirmed that the film is on. In the past, Shruti Haasan had worked with Vamsi for Yevadu with Ram Charan.

Saying that she was happy to work with Vamsi once again, she says the film has an interesting story which is very appealing.

She promises it will be a unique and new story that will be liked by all.

So, Akkineni fans will get to see Nagarjuna in a multi-starrer.
