Police are hunting for an armed and dangerous triple amputee after his parents were found shot dead in their Florida home.


Sean Petrozzino ― who uses prosthetic legs and only has one partial hand ― is a person of interest in the Tuesday deaths of his mom, a beloved elementary school teacher, and his dad, a Walt Disney World employee, Orange County sheriffs said.


Officers found 64-year-old Nancy Petrozzino and 63-year-old Michael Petrozzino dead in their Orange County home Tuesday morning.


Police believe Sean Petrozzino took off in his dad’s red Toyota Camry.


The 30-year-old man moved in with his parents about a week ago after he separated from his wife, the Orlando Sentinel reported. The broken-up couple’s Georgia home is in foreclosure, family said.


He lost his limbs when he was a teenager. In 2000, he was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis and underwent 13 surgeries for the infection. Doctors removed both of his legs, one of his hands and part of his other hand, the Sun-Sentinel reported at the time.


"I've known Sean since he was 16 years old," his mother-in-law Cathleen Horne said. "This just seems bizarre. It seems like a bad dream."


Police say Sean Petrozzino is armed and dangerous. He has no criminal history and could he heading to south Florida, police said.


Nancy Petrozzino was a second grade teacher at nearby Andover Elementary School. She worked as a school teacher for nearly 40 years her family said.


The school is providing grief counselors for staff and students, the school’s PTA announced on its Facebook page.


Michael Petrozzino worked at Disney World in Orlando. It's not clear exactly what he did at the theme park.
