Where there is a will, there is a way. Age is not a barrier to achieve any thing. A 100-year-old Japanese woman made a record to complete a 1,500m freestyle swim in a 25m pool. The woman named Mieko Nagaoka, took up swimming interestingly at the age of 82. She already holds the record in her age category for the same distance in a 50m pool.In the latest development, she has completed the same feat in just over one hour and 15 minutes by means of using backstroke all the way.
