Parakala Prabhakar fired on YSRCP Chief Jaganmohan Reddy in his press meet. Parakala said that Jagan didn't find time to meet the central government representatives which toured Rayalaseema but went all the way to Delhi to complain against Patti Seema project. Parakala suggested Jagan to read GO No 200 before criticising on Patti Seema project.
