Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh cabinet has decided to start Capital construction works on October 22. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today held a six-hour meeting with his Cabinet colleagues to discuss the future of course of action on phone-tapping, implementation of Secton-8 and other issues.

The Cabinet decided to complete Vijayawada Metro Rail project in three years. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said that the government has incriminating evidence on his phone-tapping by Telangana government.

 He reportedly asked the Ministers not to worry about the cases filed by Telangana government. Information Technology Minister Palle Raguhnath Reddy informed that no decision was taken on new Excise policy.
