TDP Rajya Sabha Member CM Ramesh challenged YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy if he is ready to take up political sanyas after proving the allegations of his media house against him as baseless.
On Tuesday, Reports of Rs 50 lakh offered to TRS Nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson as bribe by TDP Legislator Revanth Reddy were withdrawn from CM Ramesh's Bank Account appeared in Media.
Responding on the allegations, CM Ramesh said: "Yesterday, We saw scrolings of Ashok Gajapathi Raju replacing Chandrababu Naidu as AP CM. Jagan is desperate to see this happen. Media should ask TRS Government, T-News and Sakshi whether these allegations were true or not. People are well aware of the mind-games of Telangana Government".
CM Ramesh lost his cool when a mediaperson asked him if he is willing to face the arrest if allegations against him were proven. "If you can prove that those Rs 50 lakhs belonged to me, I am ready to resign. Else, Will Jaganmohan Reddy resign or Sakshi channel be closed? Be Careful!," warned the MP.
