AP Secretariat employees have expressed dissatisfaction at the Government's decision to have a temporary capital at Mangalagiri by June end to run the state administration.

The employees have made it clear that they are not ready to move to the temporary capital." You can arrange temporary sheds for the employees to sit but where is the facility for our families to stay?" they asked, making it clear that they would not work in the temporary capital.

The employees' association , which discussed the issue at a meeting, observed there is no need to have a temporary capital when they can function from Hyderabad.

"When Hyderabad is temporary capital, why should you think of another temporary capital?" Revenue employees' association president  Bopparaju Venkateswarlu asked.

He asked the Government to build quarters for employees first and then temporary capital to run the administration.

"Or else, we will not come over there," he warned.
