BJP moves EC over AAP using Kiran Bedi's photos on its posters without her permission
Taking a firm stand, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday lodged complaints with the Election Commission against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for using Kiran Bedi's photographs on its posters.
"We have lodged four complaints against Arvind Kejriwal alleging violation of model code of conduct. The EC has assured us that it will take action in the case," Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay said.
The AAP allegedly plastered hundreds of auto-rickshaws with images featuring AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal as "honest" and BJP's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi as "opportunist".
