Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu's Singapore ideas may not actually see the light of the day.

Chandrababu's plan to rope in Singapore engineers for the construction of the AP capital may not fructify as the Singapore engineers cannot take up any construction in India as they are not registered with the apex body of architects in India.

The local engineers are getting ready to challenge if foreign engineers come here to construct buildings.
An unregistered foreign architect cannot do practice in India. It would be treated as violation of the Architects Act and would be treated as illegal.
