Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan who was the special guest at Union Minister Venkaiaha Naidu's Swarna Bhara Trust Sankranthi celebrations in Nellore on Sunday, heaped praises on the veteran politician. "Venkaiaha Naidu is a rare politician with principles. He sticks to his ideologies. He is the one parliamentarian who fought for both the Telugu speaking states during the bifurcation. He raised his pitch in Lok Sabha for the well-being of both states."

Accepting to be the brand ambassador for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan in AP and Telangana, Pawan Kalyan stated, "There is a greater need to keep our surroundings, state clean. I'd like to promote Swachh Bharat campaign as a brand ambassador and I ask all of you to follow."

The event also witnessed Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. However, it is Pawan Kalyan who stole the show. Fans thronged to Venkatachalam to catch a glimpse of their favourite matinee idol Pawan. That's 'Power' of Pawan.
