Bharateeya Janata Party Andhra Pradesh State president and Visakhapatnam MP K. Haribabu on Sunday lashed out at A.P. Congress president N. Raghuveera Reddy for accusing the BJP-TDP combine of deceiving the people with false promises.

Reacting to Mr. Reddy’s criticism at Rajahmundry at a meeting to launch a tirade against the Central and State Governments coinciding with completion of one year in office by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, he told reporters here that Congress, had lost the moral right to criticise them.

The BJP leaders said the Congress had lost its credibility after its failure to open its account in Assembly and Lok Sabha elections held in 2014 in AP. “The discredited leaders have no right to point accusing fingers at Mr. Modi. People of India know how he is bringing about change in every sphere of life,” he said.
