Hyderabad Cops have bursted the Contract Marriage racket in Old City and arrested a Somalia national & broker Khaji in connection with the case. Acting on the tip off, South Zone Police raided the spot just two minutes before the marriage and saved the life of a girl.

Soon after the marriage, The Bride will have to sign on the Talaq papers as well to ensure the Bridegroom doesn't encounter any problems in future. The girl's family will be paid Rs 80,000 for 15 Days and broker gets a share of 20,000 out of it.

Contract Marriages have been rampant in Old City area. Rich people from Foreign Countries and Cities like Mumbai have been preferring these contract marriages and sexually exploiting the poor Muslim women.
