Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has openly declared that he plans to build a new secretariat at a cost of Rs. 150 crore because the "vaasthu of the old secretariat is bad''.

"The present secretariat has bad 'vaastu dosham'. it is a fact. History is proof of that. No one has prospered because of that. I don't want that to happen to Telangana and its people,'' he said.

Reacting on the same, the analysts, political leaders and the Telangana Public raise innumerable questions through the media channels. The following are some of them.

• Do all the Government related offices, Hospitals, Educational Institutions etc in the Telangana state constructed with Good vaasthu?
• Do the administration depend on the skill of the officials working in the offices or the walls, doors and windows of the Buildings?
• Does 'Vaasthu' apply to only the Telangana state or the entire states of India. Why no other Chief Minister of Indian states is complaining of Vaasthu if it's affect is so severe on administration?
• Why only the Chief Minister of a newly formed state Telangana, is trying to show Vaasthu as big Giant to the Telangana Public for the failure of his administration? Is KCR a poor administrator or Vaasthu?
• Is KCR more intelligent than the former leaders during whose regime the Administrative Buildings were built in Telangana?
• Is KCR trying to show Vaasthu as the big reason for the failure of his Government's working, putting all the blame on the Vaasthu?
• If there will be Vaasthu effect on the administration and the working of the Government, why don't the Government make a law in the Assembly for the construction of the Buildings as per Vaasthu?
