The Communist Party of India (CPI) State secretary Chada Venkata Reddy said that the plight of farmers in the constituency of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao had witnessed more number of suicides after the TRS came to power.
 
Speaking to reporters at Gajwel on Thursday about the cases against balladeer Gadar and Vimalakka, the CPI leader wondered how the government filed cases against those who participated in the separate Telangana movement.
 
The CPI leader also found fault with government for not providing proper weapons to police to deal with critical situations and said the State Government was responsible for the death of police personnel in the hands of terrorists as the weapons supplied to the police did not perform.
