CPI leader Narayana on Tuesday described Telangana IT Minister KTR and TDP Youth wing leader Nara Lokesh as high class beggars.

Narayana was reacting to reporters' queries at a press conference here on the foreign jaunts of Lokesh and KTR  who are presently in the US seeking investments from companies there for the development of their respective states.

Speaking about the state capital, Narayana said that if the Government constructs capital city on the lands taken forcibly from the farmers that would be as good as constructing the city on a burial ground.

Condemning the brutal murder of YSRCP leader Sivaprasada Reddy at Raptadu in Anantapuram district few days ago, Narayana said that Government offices in the district are turning into murder centers.

He also found fault with the reported encounter in Seshachalam forests in which 20 labourers lost their lives.

"Can Chandrababu swear on Lord Venkateswara Swamy that all those killed in the encounter are smugglers? " he asked.
