Mahabubnagar: Telangana State Planning Board Vice-Chairman S Niranjan Reddy inaugurated desilting works of a tank at Ankur village in Wanaparthy mandal on Monday. Addressing a public meeting on the occasion, Niranjan Reddy gave a call to people to extend cooperation for turning the State into ‘Bangaru Telangana’.

He advised them to make use of government welfare schemes and not to believe words of opposition parties. Local TRS leaders have erected flexi boards of Niranjan Reddy at some places in the village. But, the Congress leaders entered into an argument with the TRS leaders for not using the photo of local MLA G Chinna Reddy in flexi boards as ‘Mission Kakatiya’ is a government programme. However, the issue subsided after some time.
